About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our iconic flagship store on Tottenham Court Road. You will be joining at a time of exciting changes to the store!

Our flagship store is the heartbeat of the business and is roughly 40,000 square feet of furniture and homeware showroom. We pride ourselves on being the home of quality, design and craftsmanship with over 200 years of trading on Tottenham Court Road.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so previous managerial retail experience is essential. As Store Manager you will be responsible in delivering company strategy and proactively managing the sales performance of the team, by leading, motivating, developing, and managing service levels through shopfloor standards. Your focus will be to achieve budgeted sales targets through the recruitment and development of team members, competent stock management, high standards of customer service and optimum presentation standards, whilst maintaining and controlling costs.

Ultimately, we are looking for an enthusiastic manager who will create an inviting atmosphere and help bring the Heal’s brand to life!

What you will bring

To be considered for this position we are looking for a minimum of 2 years senior retail management experience.
