Role Requirements:
NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care is desired but not essential
To provide quality care for people in their own homes
Due to nature of the job, driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role
Ideally you need to live within a 25mile radius of Godalming/Haslemere area
A caring nature and passion to make a real difference to someone’s life
Great communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team supporting each other when necessary
Flexibility, reliability, hard work and honesty
Role Responsibilities:
Personal care
Companionship and communication
Building relationships with service users and their families
Food preparation
Light household chores
Shopping or ordering food deliveries
Assist with medication
Laundry
Take service user out for local trips
Engage with service users’ pastimes and hobbies
