We are now looking for a Property Administrator to join us on a part time basis!

THE ROLE

As a Property Administrator you will be assisting the team with administration duties across the business, including, Lettings, Property Management & Design. You would need to be highly organised, driven to achieve deadlines and produce results.

We are looking for someone who is conscientious, hardworking; a team player who can just get the job done with a high level of attention to detail and high standards with minimum supervision after initial training.

Previous Property related work or Property Administrative experience is required.

Some duties will Include (but not limited to):

- Administrating the tenancy process from pre-tenancy, during and after tenancy (deposit management, referencing process, drafting Tenancy Agreements, statutory notices etc)

- Answering phone lines & signposting where necessary

- Inputting property maintenance issues using the management portal.

- Communicate with tenants, landlords, and send clear, detailed instructions to tradesmen & service provider’s

- Ensure all communication between tenants, landlords, and maintenance contractors is recorded accurately and the management portal is kept up to date.

- Uploading and cross-checking legal documents & compliance records onto the management portal.

.- Arranging viewings for the lettings team.

- Reviewing applications from prospective tenants.

- Assisting with listing new lettings properties on all the portals

- Supporting the team with administration of Cloud based accounts and apps

- Providing administrative support to the Design & Operations team as and when required

ABOUT YOU

To be considered as a Property Administrator, you will need:

• At least two years’ Lettings experience
• Strong IT skills
• Be passionate about detail!
• Confident in cross checking documents across the business
• Ideally, to be used to working with Apple iMac and IOS systems as well as Microsoft Office
• As this is a temp - perm role you will need to have your own laptop and phone, all our systems are cloud based.
• ARLA qualified (preferable)
• Open to a permanent role in the future, on a full or part-time basis
• Happy to travel to Exeter occasionally, for team meetings & meetups!
