Health Club Operations Manager - Brands Hatch Place Hotel & Spa, Fawkham

We are recruiting a Full Time permanent Health Club Operations Manager, to work alongside the Health Club Manager

As the Health Club Operations Manager you will understand the importance of member retention and will contribute to ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered to our members and guests. You will have the ability to manage and work well as part of the team, interacting with others in a sensitive and effective way.

Experience working in a Health Club or Hotel is desirable and ideally you will have a personal trainer/fitness qualification which will allow you to be able to offer training to our members and teach fitness classes. Previous management experience would also be advantageous.

This full time position will be on a shift rota basis and include evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you:

• You’ll have a Health Club Operations background with a focus on Health & Safety
• You’ll be full of enthusiasm and enjoy nurturing a team to achieve their goals
• You will be sales focused and have experience of leading membership sales activity
• You’ll be passionate about standards of cleanliness and able to inspire the same in others
• You’ll be organised and able to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines
• Most of all, you’ll have a professional, approachable and positive manner
