Voice Order Picker

Voice Order Pickers Required - Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire

Halo Recruit are working in partnership with Lineage Logistics, the global leader in the temperature-controlled logistics industry, to recruit for a number of experienced Voice Order Pickers, to start work at their purpose built facility in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire (8 miles from Mansfield, 9 miles from Newark, 15 miles from Nottingham).

With immediate starts available, these vacancies are an exciting opportunity for temporary to permanent work for the right candidates!

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order picking using a voice activated headset (Talkman)
• Use of PPT and MHE to move stock safely around the warehouse
• Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately
• Handballing items off lorries
• Candidates with experience operating a PPT or other MHE equipment in a warehouse environment are preferred though training will be provided.
• Some heavy lifting is required, up to max. 25kg.

The role is working within a temperature controlled environment where temperatures can reach as low as -20 degrees

Full PPE is provided

This is a temp to perm position going permanent with the client after 12 weeks, subject to performance and conduct.

Shifts Available:

2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday

5pm - 1am, Tuesday to Thursday

10pm - 6am, Tuesday to Thursday

Please note: the initial induction will commence at 4pm on the first day,

Pay Rate: £11.79 per hour + shift allowance of £55 per week.

Start Date: Immediate starts available.
