Software Engineer - C++

Our distributed cloud platform provides the foundations of web 3.0 applications for the metaverse, enterprise organisations and the defence sector. At the heart of our technology is the Hadean Platform, an intuitive and cloud-agnostic approach to build highly scalable applications.
The Role
We are looking for a talented C++ Software Engineer to help us lay foundations for the next generation of distributed computing. You’ll be working in an agile squad of Software and QA Engineers on the design and development of our innovative products. Come and join us in the engine room of the metaverse, making sure it's reliable, scalable, efficient and fun for us all to build future technologies on that power.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Product team to refine and design new features

• Write high quality, performant and maintainable code, primarily in C++

• Participate in peer code and design review

• Diagnose and resolve bugs and technical debt

• Drive continuous improvement in your squad

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• B.S/M.S. in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or equivalent experience

• 3+years experience as a software engineer/developer

• A strong background in C++ development and Linux

• High level understanding of distributed computing

• Experience developing distributed, cloud deployed applications is highly desirable
