About this Role

Do you see yourself working in one of our established sites in Milton Keynes? If you see yourself providing front of house service and security for our office space, then this role is perfect for you.

Your role is critical to ensure our operational day-to-day frontline services work like clockwork. Your role will include meeting & greeting tenants and visitors, access control, patrolling, key management, administration, and securing the building at all times

You will receive full training and we are looking for motivated individuals who will make a measurable contribution to the continued success of GUK.

Ideal Experience:

• Working in security services in a customer facing environment
• Valid SIA licence
• 5 Year employment history
• Experience of composing emails and preparing incident reports
• Proactively uses initiative to recognise priorities within own workload
• Problem solving

Ideally you will have developed these Skills:

• Customer services
• Able to communicate in English at a good level, both written and oral communication
• Basic report writing and IT skills
• Dealing with difficult people
• Team work
• Challenging the status quo
• Self-motivated
