Our company is seeking a Butcher to join our team of hardworking professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about the business and has extensive experience preparing meat products and handling sharp cutting tools. The Butcher will be responsible for all aspects of meat preparation, including the butchering and cutting of various meats, the cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of equipment, as well as keeping a clean and sanitary workspace. The Butcher will also be responsible for maintaining the correct inventory level, working closely with other butchers to ensure that needed products are available for sale.

Responsibilities:

• Be skilled in the usage of butchering tools and equipment.
• Be skilled in the proper cutting and packaging of a variety of meats.
• Have knowledge in cutting and preparing beef, lamb, veal and chicken.
• Have knowledge in sausage making and marinations.
• Have knowledge of state and federal laws regarding meat sales and storage.
• Have excellent customer services and presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £39,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
