Rising Sun Hotel (Cheltenham) Hours Per Week 30 As an Apprentice Housekeeper you don't need to have any experience, though it can help. We'll teach you everything you need to know to be at the heart of making sure that every guest can feel comfortable and relax while they stay with us.

Responsibilities included in this role:
To report promptly for duty, collect your worksheet and key and undertake duties requested by your team leader
Cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
To record all dirty/reject linen off your section accurately
To be aware of and comply with statutory requirements regarding the work place such as health and safety, hygiene, fire prevention and employment law.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
To attend all housekeeping meetings

What your apprenticeship includes:
A mixture of face to face and virtual catch ups with your learning coach every 4 - 6 weeks
A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
Feedback sessions to discuss progress
Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSE)

At Greene King, you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months.
