Are you a team player with excellent organisational skills?

We're seeking an organised and confident person to join us a Team Administrator.

We have new opportunities in our Great Northern-Thameslink Business Support Team to work as a Team Administrator; you will based at Kings Cross Station reporting to the Business Support Manager. You'll be responsible for:

Providing high quality Administrative Support to the Thameslink and Great Northern Management Teams
Working in partnership with other departments within TLGN and the wider business to ensure that all team activities are co-ordinated and support the overall priorities of the Business Support Team, including promoting successes and engagement with colleagues.

You should possess the following:

Proven Experience in an Administrative role (Essential)
Previous note taking experience (Essential)
Highly literate in the use of IT Systems (Essential)
Competent in using performance systems such as TRUST,P2, CCF and Bugle (Desirable)
Experience working in a pressurised environment (Essential)
Strong organisational and planning skills - with an ability to prioritise effectively - (Essential)
The potential to explore and interpret data thoroughly, with a high attention to detail and correctness (Essential)
Educated to GCSE or A Level standard (Essential)
