Your role:

You will be the first point of contact for business and will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. We are looking for enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and a sense of empathy.

• Responding to client messages
• Initiating conversations with clients
• Providing quality customer service
• Meeting our client's needs

What we're looking for:

• Excellent customer focus
• IT literacy skills
• A space to work from home with WiFi
• A typing speed of at least 60 wpm

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
