Position Overview & Specifications
The Specialist Palliative Care Team provide complex symptom control interventions as well as managing complex needs to patients accross the Trust, as well as leading on proving education and support to fulfil our end of life improvement plan. We are looking for a registred nurse with experience in palliative care to cover maternity leave for 12 months. Whilst the post is advertised as full time, we would be willing to negioate hours for the right candidate.
You would be expected to work as a clinical nurse specialist and with support of the team, assess and manage patients with complex palliative care needs.
