The ideal candidate must be an inspirational leader who enjoys operational challenges. They must be a strong communicator, have a passion for developing the team and have exceptional attention to detail.

You’ll also have a passion for restaurants, considering yourself a real foodie. This role requires you to be innovative and passionate about product, taking forward an award-winning steak and gin offering. You must be financially astute with a proven track record of increasing revenue, controlling costs and managing food and liquor GP's.

Alston is part of Glendola Leisure which operates many different bars, pubs, and restaurants across the UK. What we offer:

A competitive and progressive package of staring salary £34,000 with inclusion in he company service charge up to £5,400 per annum.
