Barista/Ice Cream Scooper

GioLato UK is a family-owned gelato shop in the heart of Westminster. Making fresh gelato and coffees daily, we are excited to have just celebrated one full year of being open!

We are currently looking for a part-time barista/ice cream scooper.

As a barista/scooper, you are responsible for:

· Serving customers with outstanding service and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

· Understanding GioLato UK’s menu and being able to explain it to customers.

· Ensuring the gelateria is kept clean and organized and maintains a high level of health and safety.

· Assisting with creating and maintaining a strong social media presence.

· Preparing items on the menu, including an array of espresso drinks.

· Creating fresh gelato on-site (training will be provided).

As a barista/scooper, the skills you will have are:

· Customer service knowledge and experience working in a customer-facing role.

· Knowledge of espresso drinks and how to prepare them.

· Ability to work weekends and evenings

· Interest in gelato!

Part-time hours: 10-30 per week
