With our panoramic Sky Bar, "My Restaurant" & sensational event spaces. This is the premium and most exciting venue in the city!
As a Receptionist within Gino D’Acampo hotels and leisure you will be working in a high tempo and faced paced environment and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the guest journey is seamless. You will be responsible for ensuring the best experience for our guests as the first point of contact.
Working together with the floor team to maintain a high level of communication.

As well as delivering amazing guest experiences, you will be:

* Confirming guest reservations and showing them to their tables

Candidate Requirements
The successful applicant must demonstrate:
* Knowledge and experience in hospitality or sales is preferred, but not essential as regular training is provided.
* Great communicator and a genuine people person.
* Have a sincere love for hospitality and passion for high-end service delivery – a guest focused individual.
* Extremely well organised, committed, and hard-working.
* A great team player and relationship builder.
* Someone who can work unsupervised at times.

Full-time and part time positions available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
