Part-Time Viewing Estate Agent Wanted: Join Our Growing Team!

We are a dynamic and successful estate agency seeking a part-time viewing estate agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property viewings and providing exceptional customer service to potential clients.

You must be able to work Friday to Sunday. Working hours will be 9:00 - 18:00 on Friday and Saturday, Sundays will be 10:00 - 16:00.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings and meeting with clients.
• Providing knowledgeable and accurate information about the properties and the local area.
• Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Assisting with property negotiations and offers.
• Maintaining accurate records of property viewings and client interactions.
• The ability to cross sell services where need be.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estate agent or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
