Warehouse Operative

Location: Perth

Pay Rate:

Night shift - £14.49 per hour until 23rd April

Hours of Work: Wednesday - Saturday: 00:20 am - 9am

Flexibility is required around the start and finish times as they may change.

Job Type: Temporary with possible opportunity of a permanent role.

This is a temporary position.

Your Duties Will Include (But Not Exclusive):

Unloading and loading vans
Manual handling of parcels up to 30kg
Scanning and checking labels
Ensuring that parcels are handled safely to prevent damage
Unwrapping and wrapping pallets
Checking for any damage or faults in goods

The ideal candidate;

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative
We are looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly
Fast-paced and target oriented environment
Must be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to carry out continual heavy lifting
Knowledge of goods in and goods out scanning systems
