- A Single point of contact for employee queries and questions across EMEA
- Manage onboarding for new hires
- Assessing background checks and raising discussion points with HRBP
- Coordinate and Process employee data records including new starters, changes, and leavers
- Manage contract variations
- Manage all required correspondence in relation to employee life cycle changes
- Process data integrity changes to all people-related systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and iCIMs
- Manage leave process and correspondence
- Identify and capture improvements to employee and manager experience
- Understand employment updates and look to apply these internally to update policy and contracts.
- Lead and support HR projects
- Collating payroll data and transferring this across to the payroll team for processing
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations with regards to service delivery
- Supporting the performance and reward cycles
Requirements:
- Customer service focused
- Italian speaking
- Proven experience in an administrative role with attention to detail and high accuracy of working
- Proven ability of coordinating, organising and executing multiple tasks to a deadline
