Hospitality Assistant - Mon - Fri

£12.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality assistant at Bupa Angel Court.

Location: London, EC2R 7HJ

Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering refreshments and food in meeting rooms on a three floors building
Well presented and always smart as we do cater in the Head office for the executive Team of a well known private company
To keep the hospitality pantry always clean, tidy and organized
To communicate efficiently with GM and Supervisor and report any faulty equipment, late requests, order requirements, updates
Helping out with the stock taking forthnightly and keeping record of the hospitality book
Using Condeco system to check bookings, timings, location and attendees requirements
Understanding of due diligence and keeping records of it daily
Be confident and professional delivering fine dining waiting service for a maximum of 14 people, usually small lunches of 2-3 people (executives VIP)
Happy to support evening functions when these are requested, canapes, nibbles, alcohol (roughly once or twice per month and latest finish time is 9pm)
