We are seeking a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who ' listens well, speaks clearly and thinks critically. We're looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and preparation/cook skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide suggestions if needed.
• To prep and set up all the ingredients needed for toppings and the make of the pancakes
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks
• To be able to cook and prepare our super fluffy pancakes
• To prepare toppings, sauces, confectionary for a busy service
• Be able to crack eggs in high speed and volume
• To assist with menu development for new items
• To operate the till
• To ensure that the restaurant/cafe/Kitchen is always kept to a high standard
• To assist with cleaning and restocking of the store

Hours:

• Full Time 40-45 hours a week (permanent) contract. Please note that you must be fully flexible to work on a rota/shift basis.
• Days worked could be from Monday to Sunday and hours could be between 10:00am and 11:00pm.
• A usual week would involve working a 8 to 12 hours shift, 5 days per week.

Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
