Responsibilities

Focussing on customer needs and satisfaction, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, forecasting whilst delivering high standard of customer service.
Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalate as required being first line response.
Monitoring customers’ orders in line with delivery requirements effectively to meet department and organisational goals.
Liaising with internal departments Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and controlling teams and project stakeholders to achieve the best outcome.
Analysing data to anticipate and avoid potential problems and suggest improvements.
Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities and new market opportunities.
Producing weekly analysis reports e.g. forecasting, customer & market trends to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Previous Customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to influence.
Proficient experience of working with SAP Microsoft office and Outlook.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
