Marketing and Social Media Executive

*Key responsibilities of the role:* We care deeply about how Frankster’s looks and sounds. Our brand is all about top quality ingredients (Angus Smash Patties, fresh prepared products, and good vibes in the stores. So, we focus on protect and grow it - as it's known something that fans know and love. In this role you will become the guardian angel of our brand; driving standards and always looking to improve upon what we do. Frankster’s wants you to take *ownership *of: * Our Marketing strategy * Our Brand looks and feel * Our social media channels! * Our photography, videography and brand content! * Our brand collaborations! *Qualities required:* You’ll be an *excellent communicator*, confident and competent and unafraid to get stuck in to get the job done: · An ability to understand the Frankster’s brand and express it exactly as it should be. · Attention to detail. · Brilliant with words; writing witty captions and on point descriptions should be second nature. · A strong and organised planner (timelines, schedules, collaborations). · Excellent judgement and skilled in key functions of branding, marketing and social media. · Use your initiative; you'll define projects and work with a lot of ambiguity. · Able to work in short timeline. · Humility: not too precious for any task and know what getting stuck in means. · A person of high energy. · A fully committed team player, driven to win. *Desirable experience / skills:* We’re open minded on your background. However, we’d like to see clear evidence of an ability to create and manage content and express a brand. * First-hand experience with TikTok is essential - you'll manage our TikTok profile and strategy. * Design experience - you understand good composition vs bad. * Great Customer communication. Salary: £22,013.00-£22,913.00 per year
