Job Title: Hygiene Operative

Contract: Temp-Perm

Hygiene Operative

Shifts:
Monday-Friday.
Between 8am & 5pm.
37.5 hours.
Flexibility may be required for weekend and overtime hours.

Job type:
Temp.
Possibly Temp-Perm for the right candidate.

Duties:

Cleaning of all processing equipment and production lines to meet BRC standards.
To ensure the deep cleaning of all areas of production following the cleaning schedule set out to you by the management team.
To ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and signed off in time in order to meet standards.
To confidently and concisely report any damage discovered whilst cleaning, including any damage to the belts, machinery or equipment.
To confidently report any areas that you feel do not meet hygiene standards to the management team.
To ensure that all production waste is removed and disposed of appropriately as per our hygiene procedures.
To ensure that your cleaning and personal protective equipment are clean, intact and functioning correctly at all times.
To be willing to adapt and manage the pressures of an ever fast-paced environment of a distillery.
To show a willingness to grow with the company and adapt to the changes that may be required as we move into the next phase of our expansion.
