Position Overview & Specifications

We have an immediate requirement for an HVAC Technician to join our busy Team. Primary responsibilities include:

Corrective and preventative maintenance on air handlers, computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes.
Maintenance and repair of pumps on chilled water systems.
Replenishment of refrigerant and diagnostic fault finding on HVAC equipment.
Perform regular monitoring, inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted client operation and asset integrity is maintained.
Deliver the preventative maintenance program. Ensure that deficiencies are identified, recorded and escalated. Maintain related maintenance documents.
Perform work in accordance with established processes and procedures.
Comply with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety and fire protection.
Respond to routine and on-demand work requests.
Provide observations about facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies. Provide recommendations for improvements and repair.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements

Corrective and preventative maintenance on computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, air handlers, and variable air volume (VAV) boxes.
Perform regular monitoring, inspection, preventative, and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted client operation and asset integrity is maintained.
Identify, record, and resolve deficiencies on client assets.
Respond to routine and on-demand work requests.
Provide recommendations for improvements and repairs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Job Requirements

Flexible team player with an ability to operate with minimum supervision
Computer literate including Microsoft programs
Demonstrate experience of working to high quality standards
Good attention to detail.
Can perform risk assessments with a high level of health & safety awareness
Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) enhanced DV clearance
Position is a Monday through Friday dayshift position
