Flourish Wellness Pod and Retreat is a calm space where you can relax, rejuvenate & heal. Based in Llandudno Junction, North Wales we offer a range of therapies including colonic hydrotherapy, Oxygen Therapy, Infrared Sauna, IV Infusions and body balance. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Clinic Specialist to support the team and our clients.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about health optimization and wellbeing and excels in communication and organisation. You will have an excellent eye for detail and customer service, ensuring a warm and supportive client journey at all stages.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Give a professional and warm welcome to every client.
• Strive for exceptional service by understanding each client’s needs and providing a seamless experience.
• A high standard of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring client-facing areas and treatment rooms are always kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure that processes are put in place to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, which includes a booking system, ensuring equipment and products are ordered.
• Create social media content and manage all social media accounts.
• The ability to manage the needs of the clients, business owner and therapists.
