We are professional, agile and our goal is to Fintech Cashier is an FCA regulated payment gateway and solution provider of financial technology solutions. It plans to expand its activities to provide a full payment ecosystem. Much of the expansion will be achieved through the acquisition of or investment in companies offering the targeted services. Its current Gateway Cashier Technology services give clients the ability to efficiently streamline their onboarding procedures, increase customer retention and thereby create cross marketing additional revenue. The solution is delivered as the Backend-As-A-Service (BAAS) to clients so that clients can focus their time and energies on Front-end web development and sales. The Value Added Service (VAS) to clients is achieved by integrating e-money remittance services working in the global marketplace, ranging from e-commerce, credit card processing, to wire solutions enabling customers to coordinate payments on a global scale across a multitude of payment methods. You will be assisting the management with both personal and office tasks and management..

We are looking for a skilled individual to become an Executive Assistant. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and will have the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure. The successful Executive Assistant will have extensive experience as a PA, experience with pre-interview preparation, and a track record of success working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also possess training in business etiquette and the ability to prepare executive presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office.work, including scheduling, filing, photocopying, faxing, and email.
- Answer phone calls and screen visitors.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and materials.
- Handle special projects that are assigned by the supervisor.
- Communicate with outside contacts.
