The Verbena Spa at the Feversham Arms Hotel is a secluded luxury retreat that lies in the heart of Helmsley in North Yorkshire. Surrounded by countryside, the award-winning hotel and spa is hidden away so guests can relax, unwind and indulge.

We are seeking passionate individuals to be the face of our business. A positive, professional and attentive nature is essential.
We are aiming to deliver the best experiences to our guests. Treating each and every guest like a member of our extended family and delivering exceptional service 'from the heart'.
The spa host will be creating the highest level of customer service by meeting and greeting Spa guests and performing show rounds. Serving refreshments and lunches around the spa and poolside as well as maintaining an adequate provision of towels in the changing rooms and around the spa and used towels drops are regularly emptied and taken to our in-house laundry.
Full training will be provided.

- Be a reliable and hardworking team player
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven track record in a similar role is essential, to include cash handling
- Well presented
- Positive and a can do attitude
- Have good communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- You will have your own transport (as this venue is in a remote location)
