Position Overview & Specifications

We're recruiting for a Line Chef to join us in our 2 AA Rosette seafood restaurant "Hook by Martin Burge" at the award-winning Fish Hotel.

We serve stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a luxurious rustic woodland setting on our 600 acre Cotswolds hillside – Farncombe Estate. It's the perfect place to breathe some fresh air into your career. Overseen by two-Michelin starred Culinary Director Martin Burge and working with a team of long-serving, hard working, friendly and organised chefs, you'll get to learn from the best.

We offer an excellent salary of £32,448 per year, plus service charge, taking your salary to up to around £35,500/£36,000 per year. We've been in Caterer's Best 30 Places to Work in Hospitality for 4 years in a row and love creating career opportunities for our team - our 600 acre Estate of three award-winning hotels (including Dormy House and Foxhill Manor) is the perfect place to develop and learn.

Due to our rural location, you will require your own transport (WR12 7LJ) or we have smart live-in accommodation less than 5 minutes' walk from The Fish at £256pcm including bills.
