As an agile and dynamic organisation, we offer a unique opportunity for a Learning Designer to join our team and play a flexible role in our exciting journey.
About You
As a proactive and self-driven individual, you thrive in an independent working environment while fostering a collaborative "one team" mentality. You will have experience managing global, complex projects, ideally in a learning and development enviroment.
Your expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to evaluation. Given our dynamic nature as a small business, we seek an agile individual who is willing to support various activities as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing both client, and internal projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of learning projects from start to finish
- Ensure that all project documents are created and up to date
- Manage client relations and coordinate with internal team on project status
- Coordinate with other client teams on project status and deliverables
- Develop project plans and schedules, including estimating and budgeting
- Ensure that all project documents are properly documented in the project management system (ClickUp)
- Prepare monthly reports on project status, costs, issues, etc.
- Manage time sheets for each client to ensure accurate billing and expenses are being collected.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals.
- Drive the development of internal team's project management competence.
You Will Need
- 5+ years project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; must be able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required. Must also have excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision required.

Salary: £36,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
