Are you looking to join a growing independent pharmacy group with branches across the North of England?

Our client is seeking a service-driven and professional GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Manchester (M20).

The Pharmacist Manager will run the pharmacy efficiently and effectively, providing first-class services to patients in the community, alongside leading a dynamic team of Dispensers and Delivery Drivers.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday (9am to 6:30pm) and Saturday (9am to 1pm)

Salary is up to £67,000 DOE + pension contribution, bonus scheme, free onsite parking and more!

Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

GPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience.
Experience of managing and leading a team.
Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines and run the pharmacy effectively.
Customer-focussed Pharmacist who enjoys delivering excellent services.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

Dispensing Prescription medicine to the public in accordance with the regulations and contractual obligations. Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting GP’s orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibles and prescribing errors.
Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions.
Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organising and directing Dispenser’s workflow, verifying their preparation and labelling of medicines verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of healthcare professionals, counselling patients on drug therapies.
