Casual Waiting Staff

Event Temps are recruiting experienced waiting staff for events in and around Shapwick, Street and Glastonbury.

We have a number of upcoming events and weddings in these areas, including Saturday 8th April.

Please only apply if you have your own transport or means of getting to and from the event venue.

Working directly for with amazing venues, hotels & caterers you will be involved with serving food, drinks, collecting plates, glasses and generally supporting the smooth food service delivery.

Rate of pay is - £11 per hour, plus holiday.

This is likely to lead to other work at the same venue as well as with our other hospitality and events clients across Sommerset.

Who are we looking for?

We understand Event Temps may be a first-job for some student recruits. We hire candidates that possess a great attitude to customer service and who genuinely love our local community and have a passion for the events industry.

A friendly, helpful, personable manner is what matters most at Event Temps. Experience and skills in a customer focused role are an additional benefit.

Foreign students can work for Event Temps providing their visa states work is permitted.

At Event Temps we are committed to paying the Real Living Wage and believe all adults deserve to be treated equally, regardless of age. Our current rate of pay is a minimum of £11 per hour.
