We are currently looking for a  Project Management Officer (m/f/d) for our London office.

Mission

We are seeking a PMO Analyst with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability to join our dynamic team in our London (UK) office. PMO will be working closely with Project Leads and various internal and external supporting/functional groups in the planning and execution of renewable energy projects. The candidate shall be responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The candidate shall have strong communication skill, project management skill and sense of responsibility. 

Core Responsibilities:

Project Execution and Governance

  • Support Project Leads in the key projects including tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and payments throughout the project process. By managing the overall process of carrying out the project, the PMO shall be able to adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals

Project Prioritization and Portfolio Alignment

  • Support the department in managing the prioritization and portfolio of multiple projects to balance resource and timeline internally. The PMO shall own and maintain a consolidated project dashboard to monitor and manage all the projects within the department

Strategic Project Planning and Goal Setting

  • Assist Project Leads in creating structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, timeline and budget constraints

Project Documentation

  • Support Project Leads in project documentation and administrative processes. Taking responsibility of process and documentation control and archive

Process Improvement and Standards Development

  • To identify processes and activities for improvement to improve department productiveness

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a PMO or project management role, preferable within the renewable energy field
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficient in monitoring and coordination of project timelines
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed orientated, self-motivated, and able to work with tight deadlines
  • You enjoy working in a team and with different international cultures
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
