Position Overview & Specifications
- Content creation for all our company social media accounts, including supporting on organizing cross-platform content strategies
- Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients’ and customer needs and usage
- Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
- Assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics
- Assist with and create website content
- Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to our website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.
- Assist with our internal and external events programme, working on guest lists, invites and event logistics.
- Contribute to company blogs and e-communications
- Experience of running social channels either for a club or society at university or via work experience
- Experience of creating and running blogs and cross channel content
- Knowledge of email communication tools such as Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor
- Collaborative skills – ability to work with teams across the organisation
- Communication skills – ability to deliver great and engaging social content to help extend our digital reach
- Digital analytics – ability to analyse our digital performance and making recommendations for improvement
- Have a friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Be committed to the programme – to both your departmental work and the extracurricular activities
- Maintain professionalism and always represent Endeavor in a positive manner (including onsite at events and tours)
- Early February: Recruiters begin reviewing applications and reaching out to candidates.
