The Mix & Process team are a vital part of our biscuits journey as they are the ones who mix the ingredients, start up the ovens and mould the biscuits to their shape.

Now, you don't have to know how to do all of these things. We have experienced colleagues and trainers that can help to train and mentor you whilst you learn. We also have a Buddy system that ensures your first few weeks with us are the informative and friendly.

On top of this, you'll work Monday to Friday on a rotating shift of 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm with overtime available at an enhanced rate. You'll have access to hundreds of online discounts, money off restaurants under the group and the ability to earn bonus off overtime.
