Analysis & Reporting Lead | (People Insights)
Remote working with some monthly office presence. Offices are based in London, York, Manchester, Belfast, Edinburgh.

THE ROLE:
The job involves developing analysis plans and processes to help clients with their employee listening programs. You'll be supporting the a Director and supporting in development of team practices and processes. You’ll line-manage Junior & Senior Analysts on a daily basis. Your main focus will be analysing data and using it to develop insights and reports. You'll also provide internal and external statistical advice, and be responsible for managing and processing data, including cleaning and modeling.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:- Proven experience in a comparable role, including people management responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, and experience of working with both employee data and survey data.
- Strong data modelling expertise, ideally with experience of working in R and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Stakeholder management skills either developed internally within a larger organisation, or in a client-facing role.
- Experience in and/or knowledge of People Analytics is also desirable.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years plus experience with employee experience analysis, people insights or customer experience (CX)
- Experience using R and PowerBI is a bonus.
- Ability to add insights to data and able to present to clients.
