Business Analyst | ERP/CRM | Hybrid Working | upto £30000/annum | Globally recognised Company
Your new role
As a Business Analyst you would work on the merging of several ERP/CRM systems following a recent acquisition of 5 companies into the organisation. In effect this is a transformation project and you will use your strong BA skills to continually analyse, improve and refine on ERP/CRM implementations.
What you'll need to succeed
An understanding of key applications is a must as this is very much an application centric role. The usual Business Analyst skills are required, requirements elicitation, process mapping etc but on top of this it would be a massive advantage to your application if you had a Project management mindset. .ie an overview of where to steer the project as it develops from your analysis.

- Ability to maintain operating models/highlight impact on the business
- Good experience leading others/promoting best ways of working
- Ability to set priorities in relations to business requirements and how to lead on these
- Ability to be user focused/user champion
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, report writing and presenting
- Excellent time management, planning, organisational and delegation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Ability to see big picture and evaluate the wider implications of solutions or processes
