Bar and Waiting Staff

El Pescador are looking to hire a number of experienced Waiting staff for our few busy restaurant in the Swansea Marina Area.

We are a family run passionate Spanish themed restaurant right in the heart of the marina with an extensive wine, gin and cocktail menus.

The position is paid based on experience but we are very competitive and we pay by the hour + tips.

The successful candidates will work on a flexible basis supporting the restaurant bar and the restaurant floor when needed. Ideally were looking for someone who wants to grow with us and has a passion for developing new recipes and authentic classics alike.
