Position Overview & Specifications

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join a busy and thriving Child Protection & Safeguarding Team in Staffordshire County Council.

Responsibilities & Benefits

Investigation and assessment, following referrals to the service.
Report Writing
Working With PLO (Public Law Outline)
Attending Child Protection meetings, Case Conferences and LAC reviews.
Utilise Children in Need plans to work directly with Children
Section 47s
Flexible Working, TOIL (time off in lieu if working beyond your 37 hours)
Travel benefits (mileage paid)
We aim for caseloads to be between 15 and 22

Essential Requirements:

Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
At least 1+ years experience as a social worker within childrens services
Social Work England Registration
Driving license and access to own vehicle
