Job Description
As a trainee business advisor you will have the opportunity to take on an extremely important role within the company:
· Building relationships and speaking with business owners
· Ensuring that the company is portrayed professionally to the decision maker
· Being in control of your own clients through your CRM account (no dialler system!)
· Engaging in sales and leadership development sessions
· Managing KPIs to ensure targets and bonuses are being achieved
