Retail Sales Advisor (Vodafone Metrocentre)

What  will you be doing?

We are seeking full or part-time Retail Sales Advisor's to join our dedicated Vodafone retail team in our flagship Metrocentre store. We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual with a passion for sales.

In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are level-headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a demanding role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend and evening work as well as weekdays, but for the right person very rewarding.

Role accountabilities;

• Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes and their unique selling points throughout a customer’s relationship with us
• Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision.
• Deliver exceptional service to Vodafone customers and take personal ownership for meeting their needs
• To meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics
• Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
• Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guideline at all times
• Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required

Dynamick Limited is a fully independent business located in the North East of England, operating a number of Vodafone franchise stores in Carlisle and Chester-le-Street (County Durham) and our flagship retail store in Metrocentre, Gateshead. In February 2023 we expanded our retail portfolio further adding a further Vodafone retail store in Workington, Cumbria.

What’s in it for you? We offer a starting annual starting salary of £20,176 (Pro-rata for part-time employees), salary uplifted following successful completion of probationary period, and an UNCAPPED bonus/commission scheme.
