Position Overview & Specifications

As the leading UK retailer of Home Furnishings, Dunelm are continuing to expand our colleague base to support our growing business. In Stoke 2, we have an exciting opportunity for a Zone Manager to join our team.

The role encompasses responsibility for Zone-specific tasks within the operation.

Responsibilities will include:

Plan to succeed – ensure that the Zone is capable of delivering the businesses requirements at all times
Work with Shift Managers to understand service level for Zone and create plans for continuous improvement
Ensure that house-keeping standards are maintained to a high standard
Lead – every moment of every day, motivate, reward and engage your team
Ensure that the team have clear direction and are fully engaged in delivering the businesses objectives
Engage with the team by developing and continuously improving communication, team building, training and the people plan
Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and embraced
Manage the Zone like it’s your own business
Has a “Can do” mentality which makes challenges, opportunities
Drive a continuous improvement plan which delivers results and supports a change culture
