Optical Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Optical Assistant to join our JM MacDonald Opticians & Hearing Care practice in Portree, Isle of Skye on a full time basis working 5 days / 37.5 hours across Monday - Saturday.

The role comes with a wide range of responsibilities including the following:

• Reception

• Dispensing

• Hearing Care Screening

• Stock Control/replacement

• Contact Lens Teaching

• Frame adjustments

• Performing clinical screening tests

• Minor admin work

• Excellent customer service

• Good optical knowledge and experience

• Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
