Working as part of our Retail team in Colindale for 20 hours per week, you will be a vital piece in the success of the store.

What you'll be doing:

You will be assisting our customers on their journey to find their dream bed
Using our market leading sleep technology, Sleep Match, our bit of wizardry that helps a customer choose the right mattress just for them
Always offering the best customer experience, listening to their needs and guiding them, while asking the right questions at the right time to find the perfect product
General housekeeping, cleaning and mattress moves

A bit about you:

You will have an engaging and positive personality, with a natural ability to bond with customers
Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary you need to have the determination and self-motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets, at the same time keeping it a fun and happy place to work, where everyone feels relaxed
We will train your to become a sleep expert, because we know buying the right bed can be a tough decision so you will be fully prepared to offer all features & benefits to help our customers finalise their selection
Able to commit to working 30 hours per week. We are operational 7 days a week so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays, but these are our busiest days so you will be able to earn more commission.
