Acoustic Technician

Are you looking for your next career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven person with a hands-on attitude and an eye for detail for carrying out noise and vibration surveys across the UK.

We are seeking a candidate to fill a permanent full-time position of 42 hours per week over 5 days. The position is based out of our Office in Escrick in a rural location between Selby and York so own transport is essential.

• Salary £19,000+ per annum;
• Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
• Overtime opportunities available;
• Start Date – Immediate Start.

The successful candidate will be involved in the following duties:

• Set up and collection of Noise and Vibration equipment;
• Post survey data download and survey data processing;
• Management and maintenance of technical measurement equipment;
• Support the day-to-day operation of the Dragonfly Consulting consultancy team.

This role might be for you if you have:

• A Full UK driving licence (essential to role);
• The ability to work out of hours including overnight travel;
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word software packages;
• An ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and be well organised;
• Good communication skills and good written English;
• A methodical approach to work with good critical thinking;
• Drive to work and grow within a close-knit team.

This role is commutable from Selby, York, Goole, Castleford, Pontefract, Leeds and Doncaster.
