THE GIG

Based in our Camden HQ, our Global PR Coordinator will assist the PR Manager, and Head of PR in planning & delivering the Global brand and seasonal PR strategy in line with the integrated marketing plans. The PR team is positioned within the Global Marketing department and is the central hub for globally led PR strategy and activations.

The role works collaboratively with various functions across the global business, both centrally and in regional markets around the world, as well as working in close partnership with our lead global PR agency.

As our Global PR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Working on the in-season global toolkits and PR tool extensions
  • Briefing the internal team on asset development and managing it through to completion (press release, mailers, look books, sizzle videos, elevated mailings)
  • Preparing the monthly Global coverage report on a bi-weekly basis as well as any ad hoc PR reporting & analysis
  • Supporting our PR Manager to create a concise analysis of all print and online activity at the regular PR reviews
  • Being point-person with Global analysis and coverage service Launchmetrics, assisting our regions to compile and utilise data
  • Providing support on all global PR related events – assisting with guest lists, maintaining databases, sourcing materials, press kits, supporting throughout events as required
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent lines of communication with internal teams in both Global, EMEA, US and APAC as well as external agencies
  • Liaising directly with Collaboration partners to align on launch strategy and PR tools
  • Sample management of all seeding product and send outs
  • Playing a key role in building out our influential network across fashion, music, street, design, art
  • Maintaining Press lists of editors, bloggers, stylists, influencers, and tastemakers globally
