Are you an inspiring leader? Are you passionate about managing, growing and retaining high-value, high-profile partnerships? Do you love dogs?!

We’ve been helping dogs and dog owners for over 130 years. In that time, we’ve found forever homes for hundreds of thousands of our faithful friends, dramatically reduced the number of dogs being put to sleep and helped to all but eliminate strays from the UK’s streets. We've also established universal microchipping, campaigned tirelessly on important issues such as puppy smuggling and grown our influence and impact on the international stage. But we know there’s so much more to do. We’ve got exciting plans to significantly grow our reach and impact over the next ten years with the launch of our new organisational strategy. There are still millions of dogs - and people who love dogs - around the world who need support.

That’s why we’re seeking a Deputy Head of Corporate Partnerships to help us realise our ambitions. You’ll lead the building and implementation of an ambitious growth strategy for our current partner portfolio and our Partnerships team.

Articulating your vision for growth, you'll lead the team to consistently provide an exceptional level of account management and stewardship to our partners, becoming an expert on our partnerships, their people and their audiences.

Highly motivated, target orientated and creative, you will have experience in working across teams internally and within our corporate partners to identify, develop and deliver strategic opportunities that raise income, awareness and influence for Dogs Trust.

We’re looking for some is passionate about building high performing teams and excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, and who can successfully engage teams and departments in partnership delivery and growth.

You will champion a culture that embraces change, creativity, and innovation, focusing on building an entrepreneurial spirit and celebrating success.

In return for all of this, we have a comprehensive benefits package, which includes excellent annual leave, Perkbox and pension allowances. You will you join a team of highly professional and driven colleagues in a brilliant upbeat and collaborative environment, all with a genuine passion for dog welfare.

It is a huge opportunity to shape the future direction of our fundraising strategy, so if you are interested, we’d love to hear from you!
