We are looking for switched on and experienced wholesale merchandiser to join an expanding and exciting clothing supply company in East London. With a grounding in merchandising or production, you will assist the sales and design team in managing the critical path to make sure production dates are on time, submitting lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk submits from factories in Leicester to Turkey , China < Bangladesh and the Far East ( Worldwide )

Involved in creating all purchase orders for the department, ensuring all POs are confirmed and on the in-house system and deal with customers and factories providing clear and precise information to all parties

MUST-HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED

We are looking for Production Merchandiser with recent experience working for a UK based high street supplier of Jersey who is looking to learn and build a career with the client and stamp their authority on the role (thinking on your feet and being proactive )
Recent experience of working with Turkish factories ( or short lead time factories )
A recent track record of critical path management / liaising with buyers, factories, and sales is key
First-class communication skills (both verbal and written)
Team player with a “get the job done” attitude as deadlines are key
London Based ( no relocations ) and eligible to work in the UK for over 5 years
