Horticulture Customer Advisor

About the role

Our club plus members are at the heart of what we do, so exceptional customer service and driving member loyalty is our main priority. To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for a Horticulture Customer Advisor to join our Horticultre Team. As Horticulture Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service including providing advice and guidance in relation to plant care and maintenance, core gardening products equipment, maintaining the plant core gardening areas on a daily basis as per company standards, and any other duties associated with a garden centre role.

• Flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Previous retail experience would be an advantage
