Role/Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician:

• Conduct ABA therapy with client's in their homes
• Implement treatment plan as written by the clinical team (teaching skills such as functional communication, self help daily living skills, play and social skills, etc.)
• Track and record client's progress
• Follow client's behavior plan as written
• Build strong relationships with client's and their families
• Have fun, playful sessions!

Minimum Requirements:

• You possess a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or higher and are aged 18+.
• You have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance. for driving to client's homes.
• You have all of your childhood immunizations and covid vaccination.
• You live within 20 miles of this location.
• You are available in the late afternoons (at least 3 or 4 days M-F from 3-8pm)
• If you are only available 3 days from 3-8pm, you are also available Saturday from 9am-3pm.
• You are available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• You can make a one year commitment to this role.
