About The Role
As the UK Director of Growth, you will be responsible for driving revenue bookings, managing a team, and expanding our global presence. You will report directly to the VP of Growth and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness and customer generation.

The ideal candidate will be sales-oriented, energetic, and collaborative, with exceptional communication skills and extensive experience driving sales across multiple digital channels. You will have a growth mindset and a track record of achieving aggressive EBITA goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all areas of Sales, Marketing, and Client Services
  • Hit your growth target revenue booking goals on a regular basis
  • Develop networking opportunities through active participation in events
  • Perform against assigned annual goals for both the individual and team(s)
  • Develop quarterly sales action plans and review with the CEO
  • Interview, hire, train, develop, conduct performance evaluations, resolve problems and recommend discipline and/or termination for staff members
  • Develop, manage, and influence a team of revenue-generating employees; design and deliver sales & marketing strategies essential to sales productivity (e.g. pipeline sales process optimization, sales program implementation & administration, and recruiting & onboarding of sales talent)
  • Manage strategic partnerships through the Head of Strategic PartnershipsProactively identify opportunities for sales process and technology improvement; work closely with sales team to inspect sales process and methodology quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement

What You Offer

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar growth-focused role
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional time management expertise in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to compose contemporary sales and marketing presentations that effectively and efficiently communicate approach, progress, results, value, and next steps
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • The ability to create and maintain relationships
  • Understanding and experience leading a team
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Work Environment Requirements
For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
